I have done several manual handling courses over the years. It is important to refresh the knowledge. It also highlights the importance of job rotation and using the correct practices when doing everyday tasks.

A very clear and concise course with easy to understand instructions and demonstrations. This 35 minute video with multiple choice quiz at the end, complete with certificate is ideal for rolling out to all our staff members in the office and factory. I would recommend this to anyone who requires a simple solution to manual handling training.
