As someone with mild tinnitus, who wears hearing aids - I tend to do my iHasco training courses with my work PC speaker on mute, and subtitles for the videos enabled. I have done a fair amount of these courses including a First Aid course and the subtitles have been spot on. Thank you.

I really enjoyed the manual handling training, I found it really informative in regards to my job & I wrote things down, to refer back to in the future
