The same applies to the stress course as well.Why put a test at the end of these two courses when The fact the delegate knows there is one coming can raise both of these issues ! lose the scoring for these and earn a 5*

Fantastic Insight to managing anxiety

As I do have spells of Anxiety especially test nerves etc. I found the techniques breathing and seeing for what it is very useful. will highly recommend.
