There are so many types of lone worker and lone working situations, it's impossible to cover all eventualities, but this was a good general overview of lone-working safety. It's split into manageable sections, and most importantly, it encourages workers never to take risks of any kind, report all incidents, trust their instincts, and keep in constant touch with colleagues.

I really enjoy this course it raised my self awareness and made me think more consciously about my surroundings.
It's good and relevant, but is a bit condescending for mature adults; I would expect this level to be used for high school students or new young adults at work. Also, I can read a lot faster than the speaker so found it a waste of time having to listen to her before moving on. Having a move on option would be useful.
This is a great course which covers all required topics fully. I did, however, find it quite lengthy and I believe the same content could be covered in less time.
