Good course, easy to understand, the ability to stop/start is very useful and I am now more aware of my LW safety

Lone Worker Safety Training Course was very interesting and raised points which I had not previously thought about. It was also easy to follow with breaks if you required to stop and refresh and well worth doing.
There was a lot of generalisation which made the course time consuming and certain parts totally irrelevant such as taking cabs and cycling to appointments. I would prefer a course more specific to my role and actual working environment - I read the policy and looked at viewbuddy.
