Very useful and informative.
A very good course which can be applied to many of life's situations, both inside and outside of work. The extra links added yet more very useful information. I may well be sharing info gained with family members and friends, such was the practical, applicable and relevant nature of the course.

Does not explore possible outcomes of situations. Gives no advice if a situation escalates. Not raising one's voice helps bugger all if someone is waving a weapon at you
The course provides a good reminder of the roles and responsibilities of everyone involved in lone worker safety. It is a useful piece of training to remind everyone of how to keep safe by pre planned methods as well as in dynamic situations.

HELPFULL COURSE FOR ANYONE
topics seemed to be crammed in... how about splitting it up into to say two courses, Lone worker on an unmanned site, and lone worker at a manned premises.
