Very indepth study covering a huge range of Lone Worker scenerios.

Found this course covered many things that are common sense, I know it mentioned that but still it goes into too much detail so its difficult to focus to pick up things that are useful to learn

The training course is well place and easy to understand.

There were some good suggestions for diffusing difficult situations.

Maybe add if attending a home visit and customer is a smoker. Also add how people react when under the influence of drugs. Also, a section when dealing with customers on a one to one who are vulnerable ie: dementia, learning difficulties. More information on when working in the office alone ie: how to keep yourself safe.

This course is mostly comprised of common sense and thinking through your day. It is a good reminder of what everyone needs to think about when doing visits alone or working late.

Enjoyable course and a lot of information for working alone..will be using some of the pointers from this course from now on..

The style of presenting was very direct and at times quite severe but I appreciated by the end how this was necessary to help stay fully aware of the information and its own areas of severity. Unlike other courses it offered breaks for processing (which I took). This is something that may be useful for other courses too that are similarly quite intense
