Terrible training, I’m not stupid. I don’t take risks, I know the world is a dangerous place.
Well constructed module although felt like quite a heavy subject, of course a serious topic with relevant content - just a bit long to get through.
Highlighted areas which I hadn't thought of before working and travelling alone. Has made me more aware how I can work alone safely. I felt the top tips on dealing with a difficult customer or showing customers around along in premises were really helpful.

Very relevant and current to todays environment and helpful technology for lone workers.
If I'm being honest I was expecting David Brent to appear at one stage.I understand the value in the training but there were large elements which were far fetched and presented unrealistic expectations.
