I'm notoriously bad at using anything more technical than a fountain pen but even I completed all four modules.
The first bit about checking your vehicle and planning your route was irrelevant to lone working. The course could be shorter and more focussed on lone working risks.
The course is comprehensive. I would however split lone working and safety they are two separate issues. Each could have its own course.
Interesting points how to receive guests surprised me. It helped me to understand how I can protect myself which was never in my mind when I receive guests.
Helpful reminder of procedures etc.
I feel that 49min is not enough time when some ones wellbeing and life could be in danger. It was very brief and totally not accurate. I really could have got all this information in the internet and the test really is too easy.
Whilst useful and there were some good points, I found it too long and it was heavy reading at times.
