Picked up a few good tips for both me and my team
the training was clear and the additional links and especially the checklist were helpful
The opening sections felt like basic common sense but possibly very useful to younger inexperienced people. Overall very good.
the slides with animation and not just talking would have improved it though
The personal safety in public and on transport section is quite patronising as is explaining what a mobile phone does
Good overview. My only criticism would be regarding the advice not to read books or look at your phone on public transport. Personal dynamic risk assessment will indicate that in most instances on public transport that these are perfectly safe activities.
