The course opened my eyes to all the help that is available for the lone worker whether through apps, your employer .I especially liked the" buddy idea". Really top course.
Great if you work on a construction site or are a health visitor or similar, but less useful for people who work at home, teachers or hospital workers. Generally well presented, but the English in this piece of text, "If you're unsure on who you should report things to, please make a note to ask your manager" should read, "If you're unsure to whom you should report things, please make a note to ask your manager."
