most of this is common sense but it is presented well and makes u think
I feel better equipped as a loan worker after this training - very well organised with practical demonstration and now understand my responsibility and those of my Employers even better including that of my Buddy - thanks a lot - very informative and highly recommended to every one worker
It was broken down in clear & concise sections which helped me plan, concentrate & enjoy the training more effectively

The course was difficult to concentrate the presenters voice was very monotone and to digest course content to just have a person talking to you is difficult.
how to be safe when lone working. Most is common sense but to have it relayed this way helps your focus.
In a busy working environment this course covers too many scenarios that are not really relevant. It should be one for in the workplace and one for outside, the latter not mandatory.
Great information delivered in an easy to understand format. Content very relevant to my role. Lots of tips and advice.
