I have been a lone worker for 26 years and this is a good reminder regarding awareness and personal safety.

I found the course interesting and we'll presented. I thought that it was to some extent describing an ideal situation where nothing could go wrong if you followed precise instructions. I think though that overall it was easy to follow and I would recommend it to anybody who participates in lone working. I think that perhaps it could have looked a bit more practical in its solutions to difficult and dangerous situations.
This course was succinct, interesting and very well communicated.
