Overall a good course. Alot of information to absorb and the time this took was longer than the time given for the course. Also the use of a phone was discouraged so that you could remain vigilant to surroundings, then encouraged when looking at ways to maintain good mental health.
the situation of conflicts and negative situations is a serious problem when working and having a course letting you know what to do to submerge your anger and avoid many negative moments is very insightful and helpful.

I have learned a few things from this course especially about Mini Cabs as I never check they are the right one, but will do from now on.
