The course goes into details for keeping yourself safe when travelling on public transport or walking. This course is not relevant for my role as an I & C Engineer where I would be "Lone Working" on remote sites.

Whether or not you are a lone worker - it is worth undertaking this training module as it gives advice which can also be used in personal situations not connected with work. It states that the majority of the advice is common sense - but it is still really helpful and makes you think deeply about how you could deal with different situations that you may find yourself in.
