Good but could of covered keeping in touch with colleagues on a social basis.
Too long, too boring, much of it irrelevant. The whole ting could be summed up in half the time.

I realise that there are rights for the lone worker to feel and be safe. Just need the confidence to question situations I am in and put it to my employer rather than accept I have to attend a situation without question.
