Heavier material with a serious presentation style and longer than advertised (allow an hour) so an introduction might be helpful. It is borderline paranoid discussing public transport risks and stranger dangers but I understand that companies have legal responsibilities. I ride a bicycle to work which is probably off the charts in this scale of careful prepping 😊
