Helpful training guide, providing facts I wouldn’t have otherwise known and will be useful in some tasks that we carry out
I feel better informed adn know what is required in relation to LOLER now.
I have been doing these courses by reading the transcript then doing something else till the video finishes. I would have got less questions wrong if the videos weren't wasting my time. Also more people would find time to do them if they could simply read the information and do the exam. the videos are incredibly annoying to everyone I speak to.
