This is very basic information and gives an extremely low level understanding of legionella awareness. It's also really irritating that it doesn't just play and instead you constantly have to click for the next slide.

Excellent explanation of the subject.

Considering we're in the middle of the Covid19 pandemic, a very informative video. Lots of information and details that we can apply to everyday life at the present.

The stats on temps for LB growth or for ideal storage conditions would be better presented in a table, or chart so that they remain on screen for the entire explanation. That was the only bit that I had difficulty understanding. Otherwise well explained and sufficiently detailed.

I found this course to be very helpful

Generally fine, but one question caused an issue. The question "How often should a hot water storage cylinder temperature be checked?" was both part of the final test and also asked as a progress check at the end of Section 2. However:This question is not answered in the module. The closest thing to an answer provided is "The intervals between monitoring, cleaning and checking depend very much on the system, its size and complexity and where it is."Also, and more annoyingly, the two questions have different answers. The "right" answer for the progress check is 6 months where as in the final test the "right" answer is one month.
