I found this training course well presented and in a format that was easy to learn. I will be enquiring about a bundle of courses that are specific to my role.
The process was fine, the repeated playing of each section was a bit tedious, perhaps answering a question at each break to initiate the next section maybe a better process. The majority of the content was common sense
