Very informative and easy to follow and a good touch to have the downloadable fact sheets
too boring to sit through.
The training course was not bad but I had an issue with the videos playing properly and I couldn't get any audio on the videos either after slide 7, fortunately the transcript helped a great deal with the information needed but I'm unsure if the errors with the video are on my side or something else.
I learnt alot from taking part in this course. It was beneficial.
