Good and interesting course via e-learning-

good course, well delivered, I got one of the questions wrong, the question about how often to take samples on hot water systems, I answered every 6 months which was incorrect the correct answer is every month, but I'm sure the training said this?
Had problems with volume level on this test or it wold have been a 5. Problem not with computer - presenter kept fading in and out.
This has really been useful. As to know exactly how the water we drink could be really fatal to health, if avoidance of bacteria, and temperature control are not followed properly.
Highlighted all areas, that gets your up and running and a understanding how a good water system should be kept and awareness to.
