Very good course. I am currently studying level 5 CIPD and we have touched on some of the areas outlined in this course. Very informative and easy to understand course.

As someone with very little leadership experience, I found this very useful as an introductory lesson in leadership styles and how to lead a team.

An informative introduction to management and management styles , especially for new managers . However also a good refresher for existing managers without being condescending .

Enjoyed this training. Very interesting and we'll put together. I noticed alot of the information in this training actually already in my work environment and our team. I also noticed some of these abilities in myself as a member of our team.

Useful overview and good reminder of styles & strategies to motivate & action some project.

The content and presentation of the training was apt. I particularly love the fact that irrespective the style of leadership we employ, we must ensure to communicate our goals clearly to the people we lead, implement SMART action plans, treat our people with uttermost kindness, and find the best approach to motivate them to achieve the desired result. Our world would be a better place when we have leaders who put the interest of the people at the center of what they do.
