This course, is a very basic introduction to leadership with too few questions to challenge/pass. If you are looking for what it takes to influence behaviour of others - this will give you that top line level of understanding. What this course needs to do is flesh out the other fundamental principles of leadership such as communication, agility and so on in order for it to be more valuable as a training asset.
The course has helped me to understand the different types of leadership, the best types and the best times to apply them.
