I really enjoyed this course & it informed me of new ideas & ways to do things & different uses of language & leadership styles. I am going to recommend this course be added to all managers who have people reporting into them

I really enjoyed working through this module. Lots of useful advice and information on leading a team, no matter what your current status in an organisation. Useful extra resources help to confirm the topics discussed. Overall a well presented and informative course which would ideally suit first line managers/team leaders
Worth the time taken to complete
I thought the material was well researched and presented. I think there are some political biases which deter from the topic, around diversity of backgrounds, I've not seen that work well yet, it is more political than measurable. Also some contradictory points about 'punishment' and 'being kind', in my opinion I am not sure how they are compatible unless we justify punishment of employees as kindness. I feel educated from the video. Thanks!
