I will add many of the lessons here to my everyday.
The presenter was very clearly spoken and easy to understand. If I was unsure about any of the sections, I was able to stop and re-read the information to ensure that I understood it. The examples shown were interesting, and I found the course very easy to follow. Many thanks for adding to my training.

A good course for team work
It was good and clear, gave a basic overview of styles and more information in cheat sheets and further learning which was great, the activity helped to break things down and would give a good basis to work on making change.
i believed before now that i was a good leader and this course has given me a better understanding of what leadership is
Really saved alot of slides to use in the workplace too
A concise delivery of all the key points for being a good leader and a reminder of the different styles and how to adapt to the person/situation you are in at any time.
