I have learned in a short space of time the difference in leadership styles and their advantages and disadvantages
A very good brief overview of Leadership styles and motivations. I feel I would have benefitted more had there be a little more indepth discussion and more that the one interactive element. The course could also benefit from some follow-up. Overall though for an first introduction it was very good.
