Learned something new (types of ladder for electrical work). Doesn't cover adjustable angle ladders such as roofing ladders (and only briefly mentions platforms). I like the fact that you cannot shortcut (cheat) by moving the video slider forward. Testing the 75 angle trick with arms out is an excellent tip.

Covers everything you need to know about using ladder safely. I think it could possibly be improved by including more detail/guidance on ladder inspection from the point of inspector (with overall H&S responsibilities) unless covered by another course
