Practical advice in clear terms.

The Ladders in use should have an integrated stabiliser bar as good practice to reflect the changes to EN131 professional ladder standard for extension ladders. Also, PPE should be mentioned as it will usually be required i.e. gloves when handling the ladder.

Good basic information on ladder safety

A good course however 1 area of concern is the mention of painting/taping a ladder to show its center point. For many years it has always been a rule that ladders must not be painted in case they cover any damage or cracks.
