A lot of information in a short space of time. Visually very good. Increases awareness of ladder safety.
good refresher course, I would like to see a video included of a ladder being put up and down by a pully rope.
We only use fixed ladders on machinery or step ladders, would be more useful to have a specific course for this type of ladder

About the right amount of information presented in a clear and understandable way. I'd have liked the chance to practice tying a halyard so it would be handy to know to bring a length of rope to the course.

Clear and concise information, broken down into bitesize chunks. Videos were short and to the point, with just the right balance of information being dictated in each. Test was just the right length and great format.
A great course. Easy to follow and very informative. Some great safety lessons. Would recommend
