always helps to be kept well informed when it comes to safety and therefore i applaud ms Katie Anderson for setting this up.
Its clear and simple. easy to understand. Only annoying is If I make one or two mistakes in the test I cant redo test only to spend another half hour listening it.

I really enjoyed this course, it really covers all the issues with ladder safety in depth but in a friendly bite size format. The test at the end ensures you have taken in the important points so to pass does make you feel like you have taken all the important information in.

The course was very clear and useful. However, there were a few problems when doing the test - when offered the chance to review sections relating to questions I had got wrong by clicking the link provided, I received an error message instead of being taken to the correct section of the course.
