I scored 4 star only because I had to revisit the training in relation to an answer I got wrong in the test - what is the maximum weight you should carry whilst using a ladder. Even after revisiting the course, I could not find an answer and had to guess.
Found the training very easy to follow and helpful. The way it was presented was clear and concise

Too much info about ladders not relevant and used in our role. Some of the videos cut off before he has finished speaking and some of his info is missed

Telling people who’ve been in the trade for 30 years how to use a ladder is a joke , your assuming everyone is 10 years old
