easy to follow and very clear, excellent for refresher training

Overall it is worth reminding myself of the issues that might be faced.

Times change and so does society, legislation has to move and adapt in order that we may keep children and vulnerable people safe, this course helps to develop our awareness of many different situations and give us the confidence and ability to be there when needed to help those who perhaps may not be able to protect themselves.

Gave me all the information that I need on safeguarding. Was very thorough and detailed. Easy to navigate (even for a tech phobe like me)!

This course was very different to the other iHasco courses I have taken as there was no narrator, images/graphics, that being said I thought it was presented in a way that was accessible and informative.
