Duplicating the safeguarding course

Most of the course was a written version of the Part 2 Safeguarding video course.

1/5
Lot of duplication

Could have been cut in half, lot of statements reiterated

3/5
Appropriate info but not very engaging.

This subject i feel would have been better covered as a workshop activity prior to questions to enhance learning and focus on the importance of points that could be discussed and any questions supported and clarified especially for new staff. Multisensory learning stays in your memory far better than simply reading info and answering questions on a computer. No situation of examples were available for discussion and having these within a workshop environment i feel would be beneficial.
