The training is okay but listening and going through all the modules before the test makes one to forget or not able to retain the information when doing the test. Doing some modules and doing the test in between will help a lot.
I believe a question on washing hands is incorrect, the information online tells different.
The course was not too long to cause people to be distracted / bored with comments due to the bite size segments . the delivery allowed for breaks if needed . test was far too easy !
Very long and slightly tedious. But essential to delivering a high quality of care for the people we support.
Training good, can make notes to help when test at the end.
However not my kind of learning - cause it requires 100% of my attention which I find very intense-‘short term memory’.
