Informative

In the videos I was not happy to see Nurse/HCA wearing a watch and long sleeves when dealing with a service user. Your own presentation specifies no watches, jewellery, bracelets and my understanding is arms bare below elbow. I would also like to know if there is a policy regarding ID badges hanging from lanyards. It seems these are constantly dangling over things and being tucked in by hand/gloves. Surely not good practice.

ok but simplistic and in parts incorrect

Having worked in hospitals 40+ years it is second nature to follow guidelines but important to note that for many years now we have operated a "naked below the elbow" policy to assist in infection control. I note on several demos that your Actress has a long sleeve shirt under her tunic which is short sleeved

Too many videos

I found this course had too many videos, these were long considering this is regular training so should be something we all know. It would be good to have a straight to test option.

Very good motivational training

It gives us an insight to professionally support and care for vulnerable adults with complex needs. However, compiling these training with caring at the same time is a bit challenging. Moreover it is again difficult and time consuming when doing it at home on our days-off in addition to our individual house hold chores. I suggest every employee needed additional support with encouragement as well as payment for each hour spent per course. The time frame to complete these courses demonstrated 1 hour per course which l personally do not agree if only the employee is not guessing but reading and digesting the information first before answering the questions. I hope this will not cause any inconvenience but to give us sense of empowerment for professional development in the areas relevant as previously maintained. Thanks for giving me audience to my review and rating. Looking forward to hearing from you soon as possible.
