Very clear and concise. Easy to understand
I knew most of this information already but it was a good refresher. One new thing it did make me think about though is how wearing rings, bracelets and a wrist watch can reduce the effectiveness of hand washing. I find the quizzes a useful way of checking knowledge.
All sections clear and easy to follow. Good to keep my brain active!
It was very good to see the latest Coronavirus information included in this course, as well as the opportunity to access other additional relevant information / resources with regards to this subject matter. It endorsed & supplemented the existing Policy & Procedures/Best Practices that are currently in place within my workplace.

Just a quick note to say very good training, but particular slides including images of insect etc, should probably be cartoonised or made less obtrusive, because people with phobia of insects (like me!) will struggle.
A very interesting and good course to learn .
