I liked the straightforward approach to the course. The person presenting it was well spoken, clear and concise. Compared to other courses this made it easy to follow. I also liked the way it was broken down into sections, this makes learning both more manageable and enjoyable.
Great course to do when working with vulnerable people . Glad I was able to take part in it and will put it to good use
