For a generic overview it was OK however, for participants that have a greater level of knowledge and skills in this topic it was time consuming and I could have completed the test without seeing/hearing any of the slides. Some of the links didn't work or went back to the same video content. Where did the % numbers come from - why should they be believed i.e. London School of Tropical Medicine study showed 1 in 6 mobile phones (16%) were contaminated with E.coli is more believable... The doffing of an apron demo is not a good example of the practice.
A well presented course ensuring the key learning points were covered and understood by using quick questions and the test at the end. The mix of media ensures that interest was maintained even though this is traditionally a not so interesting topic! The presenter's voice and tone is key to keeping audience engaged.

I loved the course!! I loved that the chunks of information were small and precise, easy delivery and concise reporting. Did not get bored at all. Some of my perceptions were corrected which is a good thing. Would recommend anyone to go through the course.
