well prepered and presented
Super course content given by very engaging speaker. Clearly presented out with summary points given at the end of every topic. Some of the information was already known but lots of new information to take away and incorporate into everyday practice. The quiz at the end was ideal to ensure that the key messages had been understood. Well done and highly recommended.

Uses straightforward language and is convenient to "dip in and out of" if you can't afford the time to do it in one go! Combination of video, images and text that you can take away for revision at later date. There is more to this than I anticipated that will have to be reflected in our club processes some how!
