The course was very easy to use and simple to re-visit information. The modules were clear and the information was easy to absorb. The tests were useful and it's great to get a certificate!

this course will not provide carers competence to perform there job role as too basic
Interesting, very useful information and extended my knowledge which will help me in my line of work with young children.
too detailed for my type of work in some areas and less time spent on others. for example healthcare may have been better for time spent on standards of PPE, handwahsing etc rather than so much detail on other sections. I realise this feeds into it from an educational perspective but could have been more effective in the time for healthcare roles.
I found the package easy to use and (considering that I had no facilities for sound, the subtitles were very usefull).
