I found it useful to have the option of audio sound or transcript. I also found it useful to have a couple of questions to answer throughout the learning process as this helped to stimulate my interest whilst taking in a lot of knowledge before taking the test.
too simple and some facts are inaccurate, eg grouping parasites along with viruses and bacteria as if in same grouping. some procedures are facile, eg some cleaning procedures given. videos prevent hitting next button if still running or stalled.
It was a clear and concise course that was straight forward to learn and easy to retain.
