The Hasco training said that I was up to date with all the courses, I was therefore not aware that this was not the case. I was told that I had to do infection control again as I was out of date, the opposite to what It showed on the E learning chart. The infection control needs to be repeated every 12 months, I had to force the system to allow me to do it again. My question is how can we keep up to date if the chart is not correct, please can this be kept up to date from your end please. Thanks Dot

Excellent, I found the course easy to listen to, with a well good presenter who spoke in a knowledgeable but not patronising tone. The course covered basic information well, dispelling some common misconceptions. I recommend this to anyone wishing to have basic knowledge and solutions.
