An excellent course. Clear presentation allowing pace of delivery to be tailored to needs of the end user. Particularly useful during the current pandemic but many key points are ongoing throughout life. One small criticism was that if you wanted to go back to a slide or series of slides as a recap it was frustrating to have to revisit each of the previous videos in full until you reached the one(s) that you wanted to refresh on. A direct route to say slide 21 would speed up the process. Otherwise well done on providing these training modules.
