This was a superb course, delivered clearly and at the right pace with relevant examples and, where needed, demonstrations. This subject is particularly topical at present because of Covid-19 but I would recommend this course, without hesitation, to anyone in any workplace, or at home, because none of us 'know it all' and this course was full of practical solutions to the problems of infection that we can meet anywhere. We are all feeling a bit vulnerable just now, but this course has shown me what I have been doing wrongly, and how to put it right, and what more could I ask for?
