It was a good introduction to a number of important work related wellbeing areas, with the opportunity in some cases to expand learning and there are a number of useful downloadable information sheets to take forward. It was also good for taking forward for discussion in our regular team managers' meeting to identify weak points and valuable lessons learned.

I will look forward to completing the more comprehensive courses on the matters relating to this one.

Probably the most pointless course I have ever attended. Would be good for 12 year olds but to be patronised and have the obvious stated in childish terms for an hour was a waste of company time.

Well explained and was able to understand all the slides
It would be good to have the option if you get a question wrong not to have to do the whole course again, but skip back to the section and then go back to the questions
