Thoroughly thought provoking, understanding how our words impact the workplace. How our lives are all different and appreciating all our backgrounds and the impact of stereotyping. Understanding the difference between Harassment and Bullying although both are harmful only one is illegal!

A very good training that hopefully can be refreshed throughout the year, annually or bi-annually to make sure people keep this in mind in their working environments.

The videos in the training were very helpful, but I found it frustrating having to continually click through every few minutes. I think it would have been better to edit some of the videos so that they played as one rather than having so many 30 second - 2 minute videos. Also, one of the presenters had about 4 different haircuts throughout the videos which was entertaining but distracting!
