Interesting and Informative

Thought it was broken down well into sections and explained different aspects of the subject

Practical content

Good content however there was some slight overlap with the 'Conflict resolution' training module.

Very useful

I felt this was very clearly explained and useful. It gave me more confidence in the effective way to deal with conflict and resolving issues and confirmed many my beliefs.

a good grounding in the basics

the course was great at going over the basics, but it was also a fantastic reminder of best practice and some simple do's and don'ts that can help you in everyday interaction with colleagues

clear and precise

covered a lot of ground. for clarity perhaps examples of how the SMC process works? who to report too? What actions are/should be taken? etc
