Good overview

As a HR Professional, I found the course informative and a good starting point for new managers.

A sound course giving a useful introduction to a wide range of topics.

I found this to be a useful course. It is very wide-ranging, and so only skates quickly across some big topics. The additional resources look useful for delving down further though. As they say themselves, this course has been made up from extracts from other courses, which may be why it feels a bit less coherent than the other course I have taken (on Diversity).

Too broad and superficial

The conflation of bullying and harassment with mental health awareness in the same course was strange. They should be two distinct topics.

All of these courses are good

Although very informative and well presented, this course was a little to long.

The presenters are well prepared & the course material used is very informative. Great job!

LOVE THE TRAINING

I think it's essential to do the Ihasco training. It's great, even if you know your stuff (Which you should) it's good to have constant refreshers to be able to deliver expectations and be more mindful of your every day approach and activities.

Interesting and focused the mind

It was interesting but a bit long. I think I would separate out wellbeing and mental health away from diversity etc. Still a good course though

To have this training makes me feel more comfortable and more confident

The training is so important as I could say to myself that I have so many things to know more so I can get more knowledge and more confidence to do my rule.
