Obviously no hands on trining but content excellent - very full on and oyu need to pay attention
I enjoyed this course. I have previously taken NEBOSH Health and Safety courses and this was a good refresher.
Targeted towards Managers / Supervisors this course delivers a simple to understand presentation of the roles and responsibilities and relevant legislation regarding H&S in the workplace.
A good overview of the health and safety expectations of line managers in the workplace. This is not as effective as for example 'IOSH Managing Safely' but it is not intended to replace that training, but simply to provide additional depth of understanding. A good training session worthy of the investment.
I found this programme was very informative in respect of all the aspects of health and safety and has given me a wider perspective of the need to be vigilant at all times to enable myself and work colleagues a safe environment to work in.
